I used to have an account on your site but now my password doesn't work. Can you help?

We have recently changed our e-commerce software to a completely new e-commerce platform and due to security reasons we have decided not to transfer old passwords. To generate a new password, please go to our password recovery page and enter your e-mail address registered with our store. You will receive a new password promptly by e-mail. Please check your junk folder if the e-mail doesn't arrive within few minutes.

Please note: your username used to login to our site is now your full e-mail address.


How can I purchase one of your handbags or other products? Do I need to register first?

You can purchase our products only through our online store on this website. You do not need to register or login before your purchase, just please add the products you wish to purchase to a cart and click the ‘Checkout’ link to complete your purchase.

During the checkout process you can choose to register or you can checkout as a 'Guest'. If you decide to register you will need to provide a password to your customer account and after the process is complete you will receive an e-mail with your login details. Registering a customer account will allow you for quick and easy purchasing from our website in the future. You will also be able to provide additional shipping addresses, have access to your order history and possibility to update your data.

Should you wish to remove your account from our database at any time, please contact us using our contact form.


How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer a number of ways to pay for your purchase.

You can pay for your order using your debit or credit card, PayPal balance, bank transfer or you can send us a cheque or postal orders (UK only). The choice of payment method and all necessary information will be provided during the checkout process.

Please note that debit/credit card and PayPal payments will be made to CREONS (Creative Online Solutions) and this name will be displayed on your statement.

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I just pay with my debit/credit card?

Of course, you can pay for your purchase using a debit/credit card without the need of having or opening the PayPal account. After being redirected to PayPal secure checkout you will have a choice to pay using your PayPal balance or just to pay using your debit/credit card. In this case you will be offered a chance to open a PayPal account, but it’s completely optional.


Do you ship to my country? How much does it cost?

We deliver our products to UK and the Channel Islands, EU, USA and most of other countries worldwide. Shipping to UK starts from £3.49 and overseas shipping from £11.98. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £99. More information can be found on our Shipping Information page.


Can I replace/return the items I've purchased?

Yes, of course you can! We do realize that shopping online involves the risk of not getting exactly what you want.. the colours also look not exactly the same on the screen as in the real life. That's why, if for any reason you wish to return your item, please just contact us first within 14 days of receipt of the bag and ship it back to us, and the cost of the bag will be refunded. Our office is located in Oxfordshire in England, UK. All our stock is shipped from UK.


Do you charge VAT?

No, we do not charge VAT.

The prices visible on the website are the final product prices that you will pay, there are no additional charges.
