1. How can I purchase one of your Magic Bags? Do I need to register first?

You can purchase one of our evening bags only through our online store on this website. You do not need to register or login before your purchase, just please add the bag(s) you like to cart and click the ‘Checkout’ link.

You will be automatically registered during the checkout process and you will receive an e-mail with your login username and randomly generated password that will allow you to login to your customer account, where you can amend your details and view your orders.

Please note that your username will be usually your e-mail address, but if your e-mail address is more than 25 characters long, your username will be shortened to 25 characters. The username it will be clearly displayed in your welcome e-mail.

Should you wish to be removed from our database after your purchase, please contact us using our contact form.

 

2. How can I pay for my purchase?

You can pay for you order using your debit or credit card, PayPal balance or you can send us a cheque or postal orders. The choice of payment method and all necessary information will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that debit/credit card and PayPal payments will be made to CREONS (Creative Online Solutions) and this name will be displayed on your statement.

 

3. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I just pay with my debit/credit card?

Of course, you can pay for your purchase using a debit/credit card without the need of having or opening the PayPal account. After being redirected to PayPal secure checkout you will have a choice to pay using your PayPal balance or just to pay using your debit/credit card. In this case you will be offered a chance to open a PayPal account, but it’s completely optional.

 

4. How can I check if payment went through?

If you paid by card or PayPal you can easily check if your payment was successful, if you are not sure. To do this please login to your customer account at www.MagicBags.co.uk and click ‘Account Maintenance’ link from the left side bar menu (Please note this link is only visible to our customers after logging in). There you can view your orders, if the payment was successful the status of your order will be ‘Confirmed’.  Otherwise its status will be ‘Pending’ and the order will display a ‘Pay with PayPal’ button. To complete your payment please just click this button to be redirected to PayPal secure checkout.

 

5. Can I replace/return the items I've purchased?

Yes, of course you can! We do realize that shopping online involves the risk of not getting exactly what you want.. the colours also look not exactly the same on the screen as in the real life. That's why, if for any reason you wish to return your handbag, please just contact us first within 14 days of receipt of the bag to let us know the reason and ship it back to us, and the cost of the bag will be refunded.
